NEKTR NUTRITION LTD ("NEKTR", "we", "us" or "our") is the controller of personal information collected through nektr.com. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it and the choices available to you.
NEKTR NUTRITION LTD is registered in England and Wales under company number 15859985. Our registered address is 124 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.
For privacy questions or requests, email info@nektrnutrition.com.
Orders and accounts: Your name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing addresses, order history and account details. Payment information is handled by Shopify and its payment providers; NEKTR does not receive your full card number.
Messages and mailing list sign-ups: The details you enter into our contact, waitlist and newsletter forms, together with the date and context of your request.
Shop and security information: Your cart, saved items, session information, IP address and technical logs needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
Analytics information: Google Analytics runs in Consent Mode. Before you accept analytics cookies, or after you reject them, Google receives cookieless measurement pings without an analytics cookie or persistent visitor identifier. These can include page and event information, purchase currency and value, consent state, referrer, browser and device information, and network information that accompanies an internet request. Google uses this restricted data for aggregate and modelled reporting. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics can also connect visits into journeys using pseudonymous identifiers and collect approximate location and campaign details.
Consent records: Your cookie choice, the time it was made, the policy version, a masked IP address, browser information and technical details needed to apply and evidence that choice.
We use personal information to:
We rely on contract to take steps you request and fulfil orders; consent for optional analytics storage, persistent analytics identifiers and direct email marketing; legitimate interests for restricted cookieless aggregate measurement and to secure, maintain and improve our service where those interests do not override your rights; and legal obligation where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.
You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier processing unlawful.
We use service providers only where needed to run NEKTR, including:
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with other companies for their own direct marketing.
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we use a lawful transfer mechanism, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to approved standard contractual clauses, together with appropriate safeguards.
We keep order and accounting records for up to six years where required for legal and tax purposes. Customer account information is kept while the account is active and then only as needed for legal claims or records. Contact requests are normally kept for up to 24 months. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe or they are no longer needed. Google Analytics event data is configured to expire after 14 months. Cookie choices stored on your device expire after six months, unless you change them sooner. Consent evidence is normally kept for up to six years after a choice expires or is withdrawn so we can demonstrate compliance.
We may keep limited records for longer where needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, prevent fraud or demonstrate compliance.
We use cookies and browser storage. Necessary storage supports consent choices, security, accounts and the shopping cart. Optional analytics storage is off unless you accept it. Rejected traffic can still send restricted cookieless measurement that does not read or write Google Analytics cookies.
Read our Cookie Policy for the current list and use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice at any time.
