This policy explains how NEKTR NUTRITION LTD uses cookies and similar storage technologies on nektr.com. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

What Cookies And Similar Technologies Are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We also use local storage, which lets the website remember information on your device. UK cookie rules apply to both.

Your Choice

Necessary storage is used because it is needed to provide features you request, keep the shop secure and remember your privacy choice. Optional analytics is off by default and Google Analytics is not loaded unless you select Accept analytics or enable Analytics in Cookie settings.

You can accept, reject or choose settings from the first banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing analytics consent reloads the page so analytics stops running.

Necessary Storage

c15t — Remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics, when you chose and the applicable consent policy. c15t also mirrors this choice in local storage and stores consent evidence in our database. The browser choice expires after six months unless you change it sooner.

cartId — Connects your browser to the Shopify cart you requested. It expires after seven days.

customer-oauth-state — Protects the customer sign-in flow against forgery. It expires after ten minutes or when sign-in completes.

customer-session — Keeps a signed-in customer account secure. It expires after 30 days or when you sign out.

dev-auth — Gives approved testers access to the password-protected pre-launch shop. It expires after 24 hours and will not be needed after the preview gate is removed.

NEKTR cart storage — Local-storage entries remember saved items and cart notes you request. The active cart snapshot expires after seven days. Saved items and notes remain until you remove them or clear browser storage.

Shopify may set additional cookies during account, checkout, fraud-prevention or payment flows. These are used to provide the transaction you request. See Shopify's customer privacy information for more detail.

Analytics Storage

If you accept Analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find NEKTR, which pages and controls they use, their journey through the shop, approximate location, device type and site performance. This helps us improve the website and measure organic and email activity.

Google Analytics normally sets _ga to distinguish visitors and ga<container-id> to retain session state. Google lists a default expiry of two years, although browser limits may shorten it. No Google Analytics tag or request is started by NEKTR before analytics consent.

We do not currently use advertising or social-media tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and request the required consent before they run.

Third Parties And Transfers

Google processes consented analytics information for us. c15t runs inside our Vercel-hosted website and stores consent evidence in our Neon database in London. Shopify processes information needed for accounts, carts and checkout. Some processing may take place outside the UK under the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.

Browser Controls

You can also delete or block storage in your browser. Blocking necessary storage may stop the cart, account, checkout or consent settings from working. Browser controls do not replace the NEKTR settings for consent already given, so use Cookie settings first where possible.
